Greig Coull

Chief Executive Officer

Our CEO Greig, looks after the big picture. He ensures everything we do at MSIP is strategic and fits with our goal of being a world leading innovation parc focused on sustainable mobility and decarbonisation.

Gill Simpson

Marketing and Communications Director

Gill leads on Marketing and Communications for MSIP. She is responsible for the development and delivery of MSIP’s Marketing Strategy and Plan and has oversight of all collateral, social media, events, press coverage and engagement.

Audrey Ashforth

Financial Controller

Audrey is our Financial Controller. As well as making sure everyone gets paid the right amount and on time, Audrey keeps MSIP running, taking care of all procurement, policies and contracts.

Sarah Petrie

Operations and Innovation Director

Sarah is responsible for all operations and innovation activity at MSIP. As well as overseeing the physical space across the parc, Sarah also ensures MSIP is an enabler for collaboration across industry, academia and government, and that MSIP delivers on the ambition to create a dynamic environment for our Innovation Campus and partners.

Robert Hendry

Facilities Manager

Robert is in charge of all facilities at MSIP, making sure everything runs efficiently for our team and those located at the Innovation Parc. That includes energy management, facilities and client Support. Robert is also the site Electrical Engineer.

Gordon Ogilvie

Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Gordon ensures that MSIP is fully compliant on all things environmental, matching our green aspirations with the right credentials. He will also ensure we are fully health and safety compliant, and that everyone is safe and sticking to the rules!

Grant Walker

Innovations Manager

Grant takes the helm in directing all innovation activities at MSIP. His role involves close collaboration with tenant companies, academic partners, and industry stakeholders, as well as exploring opportunities for collaboration with other innovation parks. Grant's proactive role focuses on identifying and capitalizing on potential areas for collaboration, reflecting a strategic and comprehensive approach to driving innovation within the organization.

Giedre MacDonald

Accountant

Giedre is our Accountant. As well as making sure everything gets paid on time, Giedre helps Audrey with keeping MSIP running, supporting all procurement, policies and contracts. She also chases the Management Team for their credit card forms every month!

Carlene Cura

Tenant Relationship Manager

Carlene’s role is to look after tenants on our Innovation Parc, whether they be big or small, making sure they’re listened to and that we understand their needs. She’s also the friendly face responsible for supporting new tenants onto the Parc, ensuring that we build a welcoming and inclusive environment on the Parc for all our tenants and other users.

Amy McKenzie

Marketing Executive/Tenant Relationship Manager

Amy’s focus is to create, deliver and manage the content on all of our digital channels – including our website and social media accounts, and to manage the delivery of all of our events. Amy also supports Gill with anything and everything that comes under ‘Marketing and Communications’, which we’re quickly learning is a very broad spectrum! Amy is currently covering our Tenant Relationship Manager role as well.

Isabelle Bakam

Parc Facilitator

Isabelle is responsible for the smooth running of the Innovation Hub at MSIP, ensuring anyone using the meeting rooms, co-working space and events space has a great experience.

Claire McCallum

Cleaner

Our dream cleaner Claire makes sure our spaces at the Innovation Parc stay spick and span, she’s a dab hand with a paintbrush and keeps Neil square on the carpet tiles. Never one to be daunted by a challenge, Claire will find a way to get it looking good and smelling fresh.

Neil Doig

Handyman

As the Innovation Parc’s resident handyman Neil turns his hand to many tasks looking after the buildings and infrastructure of MSIP. He’s also been known to lay the odd carpet tile and is always eager to help, the only residents who don’t love him are the seagulls.
